I accept a wide range of insurance plans through multiple credentialing platforms. If you see your plan listed below, we can likely work together using your in-network benefits.
If your plan isn't listed — or you're unsure — please reach out. I'm continually adding new plans, and I'm happy to verify your benefits before we begin. And if I'm unable to accept your plan, we can also discuss paying out of pocket.
Primary Insurance Plans Accepted
Colorado Medicaid
I am approved for Health First 'Colorado Access' Medicaid services (region 4) and am still waiting to be onboarded for other Colorado Medicaid regions.
What If You Don't Take My Plan?
There are still options. For instance, we've partnered with Mentaya, a service that simplifies using your out-of-network insurance benefits for therapy.
If your plan includes out-of-network coverage, Mentaya can:
- Verify your benefits
- Submit your insurance claims
- Handle paperwork and insurance follow-up
- Help you receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company
Mentaya is especially helpful if you:
- Have out-of-network benefits
- Feel overwhelmed by superbills or insurance paperwork
- Have struggled to obtain reimbursement on your own
- Would simply rather have someone else handle the process

How It Works
- Create your Mentaya account.
- Our practice uploads your therapy sessions.
- Mentaya submits your claims and communicates with your insurance company as needed.
- You receive reimbursement directly from your insurance carrier when applicable.
Mentaya charges a 5% fee per processed claim. This fee includes claim submission, paperwork, insurance follow-up, assistance with denials, and customer support throughout the reimbursement process.
Risk-free guarantee: If Mentaya is unable to successfully submit your claim, they will refund their fees.
Once we've reviewed your insurance information, we'll email you with the appropriate onboarding instructions and next steps. Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for review.
