About Me
My name is Bradley.
I'm a licensed therapist, contemplative guide, trauma professional, psilocybin facilitator, teacher, and writer. My work sits at the meeting point of clinical psychology, contemplative wisdom, and the lived experience of being human.
I've spent more than a decade supporting people through trauma, anxiety, identity loss, addiction, and the long, slow transformation toward wholeness. I approach every session from a trauma-informed, compassion-based, non-pathologizing lens.
Nothing in you is wrong.
Nothing is broken.
Everything makes sense.
Where This Work Comes From
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in military service, decades in cybersecurity leadership, and a lifetime immersed in contemplative practice.
In 2014, a profound shift in consciousness changed the course of my life and opened the path that eventually became Awakening Into Life.
The combination of lived experience, clinical training, contemplative depth, psychophysiology, trauma science, and nondual insight forms the backbone of my work.
How I Work
My approach is grounded in:
- Trauma-informed care
- Somatic awareness and nervous-system regulation
- Mindfulness and contemplative psychology
- Identity, plasticity, and neurobiology
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Cognitive and mindfulness-based modalities
- Compassion-based approaches
- Psilocybin and altered-state integration
- Humanistic and relational depth work
But more than any model, I work with you — your history, your nervous system, your patterns, your pain, your truth, your possibility.
What I Believe About Healing
Healing is not about fixing symptoms.
It is about reconnecting with the parts of you that learned to protect you when you had no other choice.
It's about widening your window of tolerance, restoring your capacity to feel, and learning how to meet your experience with clarity, courage, and compassion.
If my work resonates, the next step is simple.
