Out-of-Pocket Rates
Transparent pricing for those paying without insurance.
If you're paying out of pocket — whether by choice or because your insurance isn't accepted — here's what to expect. My rates reflect the value of the work we do together and allow me to sustain a practice built on presence, depth, and care.
Individual Session
This is my standard rate — the amount I receive for each session. It reflects my training, experience, and the quality of care I provide.
Sliding Scale Options
I believe that financial circumstances shouldn't be the sole barrier to meaningful therapeutic support. For clients experiencing genuine financial difficulty, I offer a limited number of reduced-rate openings. These slots are limited, and I ask that you consider them only if the standard rate would create true hardship.
Access Rate
For clients who can manage some out-of-pocket cost but for whom the standard rate would be a meaningful stretch.
Hardship Rate
Reserved for clients facing significant financial hardship. This is my minimum rate, and these slots are very limited.
Supporting Others
Some clients ask how they can help make therapy accessible to those with fewer resources.
Supporter Rate
This optional rate is for clients who feel financially able to contribute a bit more, helping to offset the cost of sliding scale slots for others. There's no pressure whatsoever — this is purely for those who feel moved to give in this way. You can step down from this rate at any time, no questions asked.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Required
Regardless of your rate or whether you're using insurance, I require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice — or missed appointments without any communication — will result in a $100 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
This policy helps me maintain availability for all clients and respects the time we've set aside for your care.
