Sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to offer even more financial flexibility.
Payment Collection Notices: No Insurances Taken at This Time. Private Pay Only (Out of Pocket, Active Debit or Credit Card Must be on File). Billing invoices available for tax use and possible insurance use if pursuing potential reimbursement from your carrier. All payments processed through SimplePractice secure payment service. The full scheduled session fee is still due for any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours of notice. New clients will be provided additional details during the onboarding process.
