This is part 3 of the very first public talk that I ever gave. The topic was “The Promise, Process, and Pitfalls of Obtaining Spiritual Enlightenment. It was held in 2015 at a New Age/New Thought community and continues where the second part ended. In this section of the talk, I address questions and engage in conversation with those in attendance. I touch briefly on my own journey, talk about important aspects of welcoming the whole human experience, and also offer a meditation, grounded in the heart, that I refer to as ‘the heart breath’, all of which can help bring about an experiential awakening out of the dream and into life.
